Yesu, shi a sape ni hpe tsun mu ai gaw; Sumsing lamu a mungdan gaw, ga dachyawk hta e
makoi da nna, masha mu hkrup lu ai hte, bai makoi da ai sut gan hte bung nga
ai: kabu gara ai myit hte shi wa nhtawm e, shi lu malu hte hpe dut kau nna, ga
dachyawk dai hpe mari la wu ai. Bai, sumsing
lamu a mungdan gaw, kaja reng ai hkachyi hpe tam nga ai hpaga wa hte bung nga
ai: manu kaba ai hkachyi langai mi hpe mu hkrup jang, shi nhtang wa nhtawm e,
shi lu malu hte hpe dut kau nna, dai hpe mari la wu ai.

13: 44-46)
Jesus said to his disciples: "The Kingdom
of heaven is like a treasure buried in a field, which a person finds and hides
again, and out of joy goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. Again,
the Kingdom of heaven is like a merchant searching for fine pearls. When he finds a pearl of great price, he goes and sells all that he has and buys it."
