September 23, 2017 – (Madu a Kabu Gara Shiga)

(Luka 8: 4-15)
 
Shawa hpawng kaba zup hpawng wa nna, mare shagu na ni Yesu kaw sa du ma yang, ga shadawn hte shi tsun wu ai gaw, Nli gat ai wa gaw shi a nli gat na pru sa wa ai; gat dat wu yang, nkau mi gaw lam makau e hkrat nna, masha e kabye kau ai hte, ntsa malen na u ni hta sha kau ma ai. Nkau mi gaw nlung ntsa e hkrat nna, tu pru wa yang, ga n madi nga ai majaw, nyip si mat ma ai. Nkau mi gaw ju hpun ka-ang e hkrat nna, ju hpun ni dai hte rau tu kaba wa ai hte, dai hpe lim kau mu ai. Nkau mi gaw ga kaja hta hkrat ai rai nna, tu kaba wa jang, htam latsa si mayat wa ai, ngu wu ai: shi shing nga tsun ai ninglen, Na la na, na tu ai wa gaw, na la u ga, nga nna jahtau wu ai. Shaloi shi a sape ni, ga shadawn ndai gaw hpa nga ai re ai kun? nga nna shi hpe san mu ai. Shi gaw, Karai Kasang a mungdan a sung htum ai lam ni hpe chye na na ahkang nanhte a matu hku nga malit dai: masha gale ni chyawm gaw, yu layu e n mu mu ga, na lana n chye na mu ga, ga shadawn hku hte tsun nme ai. Ya na ga shadawn gaw ndai hku rai nga ai: Nli gaw Karai Kasang a mungga rai nga ai. Lam makau e nga ai ni gaw, dai mungga na la ai hpang, kam sham ai hte hkye la ai kaw n du lu mu ga, dai mungga hpe shanhte a kraw lawang na Nat e sa shaw la kau ya hkrum ai ni rai ma ai. Nlung hta nga ai ni gaw, dai mungga hpe na jang, kabu gara ai myit hte hta la ai rai timung, ru n jung ma ai majaw, tawng marang mi sha kam sham nhtawm, gung lau hkrum ai nhtoi hta e bai htak mat wa ai ni rai ma ai. Ju hpun hta hkrat ai nli gaw, mungga na la nna, tinang lam hkan nga yang, ndai prat a myit ru myit tsang ai, sut lu sut su ai, pyaw daw tam ai lam ni hta lim mat nna, ja kat ai asi n si ai ni rai ma ai. Ga kaja hta hkrat ai nli chyawm gaw, dai mungga hpe kangka rai nna kaja ai myit hte madat la ngut jang, lashum lanoi rai nna hkam sharang ai myit hte asi si ai ni rai ma ai.


Sower


(Luke 8: 4-15)


When a large crowd gathered, with people from one town after another journeying to Jesus, he spoke in a parable.  "A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some seed fell on the path and was trampled, and the birds of the sky ate it up. Some seed fell on rocky ground, and when it grew, it withered for lack of moisture. Some seed fell among thorns, and the thorns grew with it and choked it. And some seed fell on good soil, and when it grew, it produced fruit a hundredfold." After saying this, he called out, "Whoever has ears to hear ought to hear." Then his disciples asked him what the meaning of this parable might be. He answered, "Knowledge of the mysteries of the Kingdom of God has been granted to you; but to the rest, they are made known through parables so that they may look but not see, and hear but not understand. "This is the meaning of the parable. The seed is the word of God. Those on the path are the ones who have heard, but the Devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts that they may not believe and be saved. Those on rocky ground are the ones who, when they hear, receive the word with joy, but they have no root; they believe only for a time and fall away in time of temptation. As for the seed that fell among thorns, they are the ones who have heard, but as they go along, they are choked by the anxieties and riches and pleasures of life, and they fail to produce mature fruit. But as for the seed that fell on rich soil, they are the ones who, when they have heard the word, embrace it with a generous and good heart, and bear fruit through perseverance."
